Our Olive Oil Manufacturing Facility

One of the most important parameters that determine oil quality and efficiency is mixing time and temperature. Malaxer breaks the emulsion in the dough and allows the oil pores to collect and become a large phase. Kneading time and temperature may vary depending on different olive types. The most common cold pressing concept here is not a feature of the machines but depends on the operating conditions preferred by the operator. The maximum pulp temperature accepted worldwide for cold pressing is 27 ˚C. However, olive type, squeezing time, dough condition, etc. HAUS offers effective solutions in different capacities with its horizontal and vertical malaxers for the kneading process required at higher or lower temperatures depending on the experience of the operator in order to increase the oil rate obtained according to the variables.
